1. Your agreement with Try3D
These Terms apply when you create an account or use Try3D, an AI-powered platform for generating, editing and restyling images, and creating 3D models from images or text. Supported 3D downloads include GLB, STL and OBJ. By using the service, you agree to these Terms and our Acceptable Use Policy. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal data.
If you use Try3D for an organization, you must have authority to act on its behalf. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. Accounts and eligibility
Provide accurate account information, protect your sign-in details, and tell us about suspected unauthorized use. You are responsible for activity you authorize on your account. Try3D is not directed to children under 13, and they may not create accounts. Users under the age of legal majority must have a parent or guardian's permission and supervision. A parent or guardian must manage use involving a child's image or content and obtain any necessary permissions.
3. Your inputs and our limited permission
You retain the rights you have in your photos, images, prompts and other inputs. You must have the rights, consent and permissions needed to upload, process and use them, including permission from people depicted where required.
You grant Try3D a non-exclusive permission to host, store, reproduce, process and transmit your inputs and generated assets only as needed to provide, maintain, secure and support the service, including processing through service providers. This does not transfer ownership of your inputs to Try3D. Retention and deletion are described in the Privacy Policy.
4. Outputs and commercial use
You may use generated outputs commercially, subject to applicable law, third-party rights, and any restrictions attached to source material. We do not promise that outputs are exclusive, copyrightable, free of third-party rights, or cleared for trademarks. Other users may receive similar outputs.
AI outputs may be inaccurate, imperfect or unsuitable for a particular purpose. Review them before relying on, manufacturing, printing, distributing or selling them. Check dimensions, geometry, structural safety and intellectual-property issues yourself. Try3D does not certify outputs for safety-critical, medical or other regulated uses.
5. Credits and purchases
New verified accounts receive 150 free credits once. Under current V1 rules, credits never expire, and subscription credits already granted remain in your account after cancellation. Credits are service-use units, not money, deposits or a cash balance; they cannot be redeemed for cash except where law requires.
Monthly plans are Starter at $9.99 for 500 credits, Creator at $19.99 for 1,250 credits, and Pro at $49.99 for 3,500 credits. One-time packs are 500 credits for $12.99, 1,250 for $29.99, and 3,000 for $59.99. Packs are not subscriptions. Review the currency, taxes if applicable, and total shown at checkout before confirming.
Image generation, editing, style changes and Text to 3D reference images cost 10 credits per operation; 3D model generation costs 100 credits. A Text to 3D reference image and model together use 110 credits. If a creation fails on our side under the implemented refund rules, the charged credits are returned automatically. Dissatisfaction with a completed output is not itself a technical failure.
6. Renewals, cancellation and plan changes
Monthly subscriptions renew and are charged each billing period until canceled. Manage or cancel your subscription through Billing and the Stripe customer portal. Cancellation is effective at the end of the current paid period; future subscription grants stop after that period, but credits already granted remain.
You may manage or change plans through Billing and the portal. Changes are subject to the price, timing and other terms shown at confirmation. This policy does not promise a different change date or proration treatment from that confirmation. Our Refund & Cancellation Policy explains credit restoration and monetary refund requests.
7. Responsible use
Follow the Acceptable Use Policy. Do not use Try3D for illegal activity, infringement, abuse, exploitation, fraud or other prohibited conduct. We may restrict content or access where reasonably necessary to enforce these policies, comply with law, protect others or secure the service.
8. Availability, suspension and termination
Features, output formats and availability can change. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access or permanent storage. Keep your own copies of important assets. We may suspend or terminate access for material violations, security risks, legal requirements or nonpayment, and may discontinue the service. Where appropriate and lawful, we will provide notice and an opportunity to address an issue. Statutory refund and consumer rights remain unaffected.
9. Disclaimers and liability
To the extent permitted by law, Try3D is provided as available, without warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement. We do not guarantee output accuracy, quality, safety or legal suitability.
To the extent permitted by law, Try3D is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits, or loss of data arising from use of the service. Our total liability for claims relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid Try3D in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim. These limits do not exclude liability that cannot legally be excluded, including applicable mandatory consumer protections, fraud, or other non-excludable liability.
10. Responsibility for third-party claims
To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to indemnify Try3D for reasonable losses and costs from third-party claims caused by your unlawful inputs, violation of third-party rights or material misuse of the service. This does not apply to losses caused by Try3D's own wrongdoing and does not override mandatory consumer rights.
11. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms and will update the date on this page. Material changes will be communicated through the service or another appropriate channel before they take effect where required by law. Changes do not remove rights that accrued under earlier purchases or applicable law.
12. Operator and governing law
Owner confirmation required before launch: the service operator's legal name, business contact information and governing jurisdiction have not yet been established in these Terms. No particular governing jurisdiction is designated here. Any final governing-law clause must preserve mandatory consumer protections and rights to bring claims available under applicable law.
Contact Support
Support contact details are awaiting owner confirmation and must be published before launch. A working channel for privacy, content and refund requests is required. No support email or business address is designated on this page yet.
