Refund & Cancellation Policy

Clear rules for monthly renewals, cancellation, credit restoration and monetary refund requests.

Last updated: October 7, 2026

1. Plans and one-time packs

Starter is $9.99/month for 500 credits; Creator is $19.99/month for 1,250 credits; Pro is $49.99/month for 3,500 credits. One-time packs are 500 credits for $12.99, 1,250 for $29.99 and 3,000 for $59.99. Packs do not renew. New verified accounts receive 150 free credits once. Review the final amount, currency, renewal terms and any applicable taxes shown at checkout.

2. Canceling a subscription

Manage or cancel through Billing and the Stripe customer portal. Subscriptions renew unless canceled. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period and stops future subscription grants after that period ends. Under current V1 rules, credits never expire and credits already granted remain after cancellation. Canceling does not automatically refund a past payment or delete your account.

3. Changing a plan

You can manage or change your plan through Billing and the portal. The price, effective timing and any billing adjustment are subject to the terms displayed at confirmation. Review those terms before accepting a change.

4. Failed creation: credit restoration

If a generation fails on our side under the implemented refund rules, charged credits for the failed operation are returned automatically. This restores service credits; it is not a cash refund. A successfully completed reference image and a failed 3D generation are separate operations, so restoring the failed operation does not automatically restore the successful one.

Outputs you dislike, output imperfections, or a decision not to use a completed asset do not automatically qualify as technical failure. If an eligible restoration appears missing, contact support with the creation identifier and approximate time. Never send your password or full card number.

5. Monetary refunds

Payments purchase access to a digital service and credits. Except where applicable law requires otherwise, a completed purchase is not automatically refundable because credits are unused or an output does not meet a personal preference. Monetary refunds are not automatic.

We review requests concerning duplicate charges, suspected unauthorized charges, exceptional billing errors, and refunds or withdrawal rights required by law. Review may include purchase records, account identity, service use and the circumstances of the request. An approved monetary refund may require adjustment of credits associated with that payment; this policy does not claim such adjustments are automatic.

Nothing in this policy limits mandatory consumer rights, including statutory cancellation, withdrawal or refund rights where they apply. Any legally required consent to begin digital service delivery must be handled at the appropriate purchase step; this policy alone is not a waiver of those rights.

6. Requesting billing help

Contact support as soon as reasonably possible with your account email, invoice or purchase reference, charge date and a short explanation. Do not include full card details or passwords. We may ask for information needed to verify and investigate the request. If you suspect card fraud, also contact your payment provider promptly. No fixed refund approval or processing time is guaranteed.

Contact Support

Support contact details are awaiting owner confirmation and must be published before launch. A working channel for privacy, content and refund requests is required. No support email or business address is designated on this page yet.
