How credits work
Text to 3D uses a reference image (10) and a 3D model (100) for 110 credits in total. Failed creations are refunded automatically.
Questions
Do credits expire?
No. Free, plan and pack credits never expire. They stay in your balance until you use them.
What happens if I cancel my plan?
Your plan stays active until the end of the period you paid for. Monthly credits stop after that, and every credit you already have stays yours.
Can I buy credits without a plan?
Yes. Credit packs are one-time purchases available to any signed-in account.
What if a creation fails?
If an image or 3D model fails on our side, the credits for it are returned to your balance automatically.
Can I change plans?
Yes. Manage or change plans through Billing and the Stripe portal. Changes are subject to the terms shown at confirmation.
