1. What this policy covers
This policy explains personal-data handling when you use Try3D's website, account, image tools and 3D creation tools. Owner confirmation required before launch: the legal identity and contact information of the operator responsible for this data must be supplied.
2. Information we handle
- Account information: email address, account identifier, authentication records and account-related preferences.
- Content: uploaded photos and images, prompts, generated images and 3D models, thumbnails, task identifiers and library metadata.
- Billing information: payment customer and subscription identifiers, purchase and invoice references, subscription status, credit balances and credit transaction history.
- Usage and technical information: creation activity, request and error logs, timestamps, browser/device information and network information such as IP addresses when received by the service or its providers.
- Support information you choose to provide when contacting us, including details needed to investigate account, content or billing issues.
3. Why we use information
We use information to authenticate accounts, process content, deliver and save outputs, maintain libraries, manage payments and credits, troubleshoot failures, provide support, prevent abuse and fraud, and meet legal obligations. Where applicable data-protection law requires a legal basis, processing is based on providing our contract with you, our legitimate interests in a secure and reliable service, legal obligations, or consent where required. You may withdraw consent for processing that relies on it without affecting prior lawful processing.
4. Service providers and sharing
Hosting, authentication, storage, AI processing, payments and operational service providers receive information needed to perform their roles. Uploaded content and prompts may be transmitted to processing providers to deliver the feature you request. We do not publish your private account library merely because you use the service.
Stripe handles payment card details. Try3D does not store full payment card numbers. Stripe processes payment data under its own applicable privacy terms.
We may disclose information when required by law, to respond to valid legal requests, to protect users or the service, or as part of a business transfer with appropriate safeguards. Service providers may process data in countries other than yours; where required, applicable transfer safeguards must be used. We do not promise that data remains in a particular country.
5. Cookies and local storage
Try3D and its providers use cookies or comparable browser storage for account sessions, security and payment functionality. Local storage and browser databases may also hold preferences, cached images, task recovery information or older browser-local assets. Account-owned cloud libraries are separate from older browser-only data. Clearing browser data can remove local copies and sign you out without necessarily deleting cloud records.
You can manage browser storage through your browser settings, though blocking essential storage may prevent sign-in or checkout from working. If optional tracking is introduced, any notices and consent choices required by applicable law must be provided before it is used.
6. Retention and deletion
We retain information for as long as reasonably needed to provide the service, maintain accounts and assets, resolve disputes, prevent abuse and satisfy legal or accounting obligations. We do not guarantee permanent retention. Keep independent copies of important outputs.
Deleting a library item does not necessarily remove every underlying artifact, processing record, backup or legally required billing record immediately. Access or deletion requests are subject to identity verification and legal or operational retention requirements. Older browser-local copies may need to be cleared on each device.
7. Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards, including account access controls and restricted asset storage. No system or transmission method is completely secure. Protect your account credentials and avoid uploading content you are not permitted to share.
8. Your choices and rights
Depending on your location, you may request access, correction, deletion, a portable copy of personal data, restriction of processing, or object to certain processing. You may also withdraw consent where applicable and raise a complaint with your local data-protection authority. Requests may require identity verification and may be limited by legal or operational obligations. Use Contact Support below for the current contact status. Subscription cancellation is managed separately through Billing and does not itself delete your account or all retained data.
9. Children and images of children
Try3D is not directed to children under 13, and they may not create accounts. A parent or guardian must manage any use involving a child's image or content and obtain required permissions. Do not upload exploitative content involving children. If you believe a child under 13 has supplied personal data through an account, contact us so the matter can be investigated and appropriate action taken.
10. Updates
We may update this policy as the service or legal requirements change. We will revise the last-updated date and provide additional notice where required for material changes.
Contact Support
Support contact details are awaiting owner confirmation and must be published before launch. A working channel for privacy, content and refund requests is required. No support email or business address is designated on this page yet.
