1. Create responsibly
This policy applies to uploads, prompts, generated outputs and other use of Try3D. You are responsible for having the rights and permissions to supply content and for how you use outputs. Commercial use is allowed only subject to law, third-party rights and rights in source material.
2. Prohibited content and conduct
- Illegal activity or content, including content that facilitates unlawful harm.
- Copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity or other third-party rights violations; uploading material without required permission.
- Abuse, threats, targeted harassment, exploitation or content intended to facilitate violence or harm.
- Any sexual exploitation of minors, child sexual abuse material, or attempts to create, alter or solicit such material, including AI-generated depictions.
- Non-consensual intimate imagery or sexualized depictions of a person without required consent.
- Impersonation, identity fraud, scams, deceptive endorsements or other misleading misuse of a person's likeness.
- Malicious or deceptive misuse, including phishing, malware, security circumvention or attempts to gain unauthorized access.
- Disrupting the service, evading restrictions, exploiting credit or billing mechanisms, or using accounts to bypass enforcement.
3. People, children and sensitive uses
Obtain required consent before uploading or generating identifiable people. A parent or guardian must manage use involving a child's image or content. Do not use outputs to deceive people about someone's identity or actions. Do not rely on generated images or models as professional advice or as certified safe designs for manufacturing, medical or other high-risk uses.
4. Review before sharing or selling
Check outputs for accuracy, appropriateness, source permissions and third-party rights before publishing, manufacturing or selling them. AI may produce unexpected or unsuitable results. Try3D does not guarantee exclusivity, copyright protection, trademark clearance or suitability for your intended purpose.
5. Enforcement and reporting
We may investigate reports, restrict processing, remove access to content, or suspend or terminate accounts where reasonably necessary to address violations, protect others, secure the service or comply with law. Serious illegal content may be reported to appropriate authorities as required by law. We do not promise to detect every violation.
To report prohibited content or request review of an enforcement decision, contact support with enough context to identify the issue. Do not redistribute illegal material or include sensitive content unnecessarily. We will consider the information provided and applicable legal obligations.
